Sultan Tughra Hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect, and the staff is extremely friendly, and can help you with organizing excursions. They helped us book a night cruise which included transport from and back to the hotel, which was very nice and good value for money. The design of the hotel is also very nice.

Amazingly friendly staff and the hotel theme was inviting. They recommended a show on the river which we went with - of course it's for tourists and they are upselling but it was a great evening and very good value. They knew the answer to any question you cared to name. We were upgraded on the second day, as the hotel some rooms below ground level. However, both rooms were absolutely fine. Good Air conditioning and comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleasant with good choice and fresh eggs cooked as you like them. The location was great. Two minutes from the coast road and five minutes from the gardens of the Blue Mosque and Topkapi. The hotel is on a quiet street with a nice small restaurant directly opposite and a mini-market at the end. However, Turning right out of the hotel and walking around the block you will find a small bar to sit outside or just round from there a Terrace bar that seems lively in the evenings. All these are within one minute's walk. The Fish restaurant just to the left of the hotel does some lovely dishes and is worth a try too, so if you do not want to go into the really lively parts of Istanbul, then you can spend the entire evening almost within sight of the hotel. The area feels safe and whilst it is quite, is busy enough to be comfortable for anyone with such anxieties.

The location is nearby Hagia Sofia and Topkapi and the Blue mosque. And very close to the shore line where you can walk by the sea. The room is unique and comfortable in a well preserved more than hundred years building. nicely and uniquely decorated. the staff and service is superior. kind and good spirited people. I had the pleasure to meet Mostafa and Emre. They helped us in getting to know Istanbul in my first but not last visit to Istanbul and Sultan Tughra Hotel. the breakfast is good (Delicious, clean, Turkish and international, and great service. The stay is quite having calming sleep, and room was perfect for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sultan Turgha Hotel. This small boutique hotel location is very close to Istanbul's prime attractions like the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern. It is also within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, the Galata Bridge and the Spice Bazaar. The staff of Sultan Turgha are super awesome! Very courteous and helpful like their front office managers like Orhan, the day shift manager, who's very helpful in getting us on how to get the local cellphone simcard, booked us for the Bosphorus Dinner cruise and directions to get around, Emre, the afternoon shift manager, very courteous and helpful and MUSTAFA, the night shift manager who helped us in getting a cab to the airport when our prebooked airport transportation failed to pick us up. Mustafa - you are a God-send. We would have missed our flight if not for your assistance. May Allah SWT bless you, my friend. And also the kitchen staff, Ms. Burulus, for the nice breakfast and obliging us with the omelette to be cooked as we like. Thank you, you all 🥰 Well done Sultan Turgha Hotel. Your staff do you GOOD! The Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location was very central. It was also far enough to give you a little peace at night. The historical building was absolutely awesome. The sea was less than 2 minutes away.
